Located in Brandon, FL

WELCOME

Lakeview Village is located in Brandon, Florida South of Interstate 4 and North of Highway 60 close to the I-4 and I-75 interchange. We are seven communities consisting of 915 homes. We are conveniently located close to exceptional high schools and grade schools, excellent shopping, a wide selection of restaurants and exciting entertainment.

A portion of our community boarders Lake Mango, a large lake consisting of boating activities, wetlands and extensive bird life including hawks, eagles, sandhill cranes, ibis, roseate spoonbill, a variety of ducks and some migratory birds.

Our community is a Deed Restricted community and is represented by a Board of Directors who meet monthly. Our board meeting dates, times and location are posted monthly and all members of Lakeview Village are welcome and encouraged to attend.
